The Bachelor of Science Degrees in
Aviation
Science Management
offers opportunities for
excellent employment and professional advancement to undergraduate
students seeking a bright future in aviation. The phenomenal growth of the U.S. airline system since 1978 has
witnessed 247 million airline passengers grow to over half a billion
each year. Projections are for the number of airline travelers
to reach 750 million by the year 2010. To meet current and future demands, commercial aviation requires
well-educated, highly qualified professionals to step into an
increasingly technological world.

Through the Aviation Science
Management Program at Texas Southern University,
students prepare for such diverse career fields in aviation as air
traffic control, airline management, airport management, aviation
information systems management, and flight operations.
Students also have a unique opportunity to participate in the flight
training program in TSU.
